Beautiful atmosphere with excellent staff

The hotel features a stunning, unique decor reminiscent of an old-time hunting lodge, making for an enjoyable stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, providing us with a warm welcome and prompt service. We enjoyed the delicious meals at the on-site restaurant, which had a great ambiance and live music. I did find the room lighting could be improved for better comfort during the evenings.

The King Room in the Manor House was beautiful and had great amenities. The bed was super comfy with high-quality linens. I felt cozy just lounging around. The bathroom was spacious with nice fixtures, making it a relaxing space. Only downsides were that the decor didn’t really stand out to me and I wished the room had a better view.

I checked into the Queen Room with Two Queen Beds and loved the spaciousness right away. The decor stands out with its unique European hunting lodge vibe. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax. The staff in the hotel was so welcoming and friendly, always ready to assist. I enjoyed the excellent amenities in the room, like the coffee maker and mini-bar. The dining at the hotel was delightful, especially when the staff took good care of my food allergies. However, there were downsides too. I found ants in the room, which was disappointing for such a high-end hotel. The thermostat took forever to find, and I woke up sweating most nights. That added some discomfort to our stay. Overall, it felt safe traveling alone, but I'd appreciate a thorough pest check before more visits.

The bubble bath was a nice relaxing touch after a long day, and I loved the complimentary wine and cheese event in the evening—it was fun meeting fellow guests! The spa offered amazing treatments that really helped me unwind. I wish the thermostat was easier to find since I like my room cooler while I sleep. 😉
